RTM is closed-mould low-pressure moulding. The principle is that the fiberglass reinforced materials （such as chopped mat and woven fabric shall be put between the upper and lower moulds at first, and then moulds shall be closed and fitted together. Under the pressure or vacuum effect, resin shall be infused to impregnate the fiber and demoulding shall be processed after the resin is cured.

Possessing some complex parts with excellent surface quality and high-dimension accuracy, RTM process shows obvious advantage in the manufacturing of large-sized components and is widely used in various fields.
