层压成型是玻璃钢成型工(gōng)艺中(zhōng)发展较早、也较為(wèi)成熟的一种成型方法,采用(yòng)玻璃纤维增强材料经浸胶机浸渍树脂,烘干后制成预浸料,预浸料经过裁切、叠合,在压力机中(zhōng)施加一定的压力、温度,保持适宜的时间而制成层压制品。层压成型工(gōng)艺主要用(yòng)于生产(chǎn)各种平面尺寸大、厚度大的层压板、绝缘板、印刷電(diàn)路用(yòng)覆铜箔层压板等结构形状简单的制品。

Lamination moulding is a relatively developed moulding method which develops early in glass reinforced plastics moulding process. fiberglass reinforced materials are employed to produce prepregs after being impregnated with resin via prepreg machine and cured. After being cut and overlapped, prepregs shall impose certain pressure and temperature in the pressure machine to obtain laminated products maintained in appropriate time. Lamination moulding process is mainly employed to manufacture various products with large plane dimension, large thickness and simple structure such as laminate, insulating plate and copper-clad laminate used for printed circuit.
